    AFC

    We provide care and supervision for adults who cannot live independently due to physical or mental health issues, disabilities, or other impairments. Adult foster care homes are usually located in a private residence and are run by licensed caregivers who provide 24-hour support and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication management.

    Angie's Housing offers comfortable and affordable housing options for low to moderate income individuals and families. We understand the importance of having a safe and secure place to call home, and work hard to ensure that our housing options are priced accordingly.

    Disability Homes

    Angie's Housing makes an extra effort to provide housing options that cater to individuals with disabilities. Our units are equipped with accessibility features such as ramps, grab bars, and widened doorways to make daily living easier.

    Homelike Environment (AFC)

    Private rooms or shared rooms: Residents may have their own private room or share a room with another resident. Furnishings and decorations: The rooms and common areas of the home are furnished with comfortable furniture, and decorated with artwork, photographs, and other personal touches.
    Home-cooked meals: Many adult foster care homes offer home-cooked meals prepared by the caregivers. Special dietary needs can be accommodated as well.

    Features For AFC

    Accessible outdoor space: The home may have a yard or patio area for residents to enjoy outdoor activities.
    Social activities: Caregivers may organize social activities for residents, such as games, crafts, or outings.
    Personalized care: Caregivers work closely with residents to provide individualized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

    Our goal is to locate all of our AFC homes or affordable homes in attractive and safe neighborhoods that are also affordable, and feature visually appealing exteriors. We aim to establish our homes in secure and pleasant environments, where children can comfortably enjoy outdoor activities.
